This page explains what information The Andrea Scanlon Team at RE/MAX Elite collects through www.mnelite.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. RE/MAX Elite, 4037 W Broadway, Office 204, Robbinsdale, MN 55422. Each office independently owned and operated.

What we collect

  • What you send us. Your name, email, phone number, property address and anything you write when you contact us, request a home value, book a call, or fill out one of our seller or buyer questionnaires.
  • Your property search account. If you create an account to save homes or searches, we keep your contact details, the homes and searches you save, and the listings you view, so we can send the updates you ask for.
  • Basic technical information. Like most websites, the services that run our site may record things like your browser type and the pages you visit. We don't use advertising or analytics tracking on this site.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and help you buy or sell a home.
  • To send listing alerts, saved-search updates, home value reports or market updates you've signed up for.
  • To keep track of your sale or purchase in our own system, so nothing is missed.

Who we share it with

We'll never sell your information or share it outside the team for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with the service providers that run our website, property search and client system on our behalf; with people involved in your transaction when you ask us to, such as a lender or title company; or when the law requires it. Maps and reviews on this site are provided by Google.

Emails and texts

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email. We only text you if you've agreed to it, and you can reply STOP to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it to complete a transaction or meet a legal or MLS requirement. Email andrea@mnelite.com or call 763-251-9441.
